STONY CREEK - On November 29, Personal Touch Home Care Services, Inc. held a ribbon cutting for their new office in Stony Creek. The ceremony was conducted by Mrs. Ellen Boone and Lynn Thornton of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce and County Administrator Thomas Harris and the Honorable Chairman Rufus Tyler both welcomed and thanked Personal Touch owners for their loyalty and commitment to Sussex County

In 1992 the Thurman's and the Seymour's started Personal Touch in Stony Creek and in 2012 are celebrating it's 20th Anniversary in Sussex County.

Personal Touch is a member of Personal Care Preferred Group which also incorporates the companies of Moore Home Care Services and Southern Touch Health Care Services.

Personal Care Preferred Group was formed in 2007 where the Moore's joined ownership with the Thurman's and the Seymour's. From here, Personal Touch has incorporated Personal Care Preferred Group in their new office on 13001 Main St Stony Creek, VA.

This office location serves as their corporate office. Personal Care Preferred Group employees over 400 individuals across Southeastern Virginia.
